Maintenance programme (Service station manual instructions)



Every 1000 km:
- Carburettor tightening
-Cleaning and decarbonizing the piston and cylinder
-Engine parts Cleaning and decarbonizing
-Rear oil renewal
-Spark gab check and decarbonizing
-Front suspension / brake levers / Grease
-Vehicle main bolts and nuts: Tightening check
Every 4000 km:
- Carburettor tightening
-Cleaning and decarbonizing the piston and cylinder
-Engine parts Cleaning and decarbonizing
-Air filter: Remove and wash / replace
-Front suspension / brake levers / Grease
Every 8000 km:
-Gearbox oil renewal
-Spark gab check and decarbonizing
-Bowden control cables: Grease
-Vehicle main bolts and nuts: Tightening check
In case of overhaul:

- Carburettor tightening
-Cleaning and decarbonizing the piston and cylinder
-Engine parts Cleaning and decarbonizing
-Gearbox oil renewal
-Air filter: Remove and wash / replace
-Spark gab check and decarbonizing
-Clutch group: Grease bush
-Speed governor: Grease
-Bearings and speedometer meshing area: Grease
-Front suspension / brake levers / Grease
-Bowden control cables: Grease
-Vehicle main bolts and nuts: Tightening check
Mixer belt: Replace every 20 000 km or 3 years
